Apparently an Apple employee left it on the bathroom floor of a bar (uhm...what?) and it was found by a person, who sold it gizmodo for 5 grand.
Apple then asked for the product back in a formal letter seen below (one of my friends got a copy of it from somewhere)
I find this hilarious because how can someone be so stupid and just leave this prototype just around, especially since details havent been released on it yet...whoops
